This video is an update on what's been happening with the NDIS since Labor got back into power as well as what can be expected from it in the future.
We're looking at the results of the viewer suggestion poll and taking all the topics that are getting traction into account. We'll be working on some of those videos very soon but definitely focusing on those top choies. We'll let you know when those videos come out.

He could’ve ridden off into the sunset after he lost 2 elections but he stuck around and is doing real work helping people like my son get the most out of a system that was deliberately broken. I can’t wait to see how I’m the NDIS further improves in the coming months and years

2023-05-19 07:51:55 +0000 UTCLots of snake oil salesmen on the scheme making it harder for people doing the right thing to do their job. NDIS are consistently turning down/making it harder to get home modifications, assistive technology, and supports approved through bureaucracy. Costs the tax payers twice the money for assessments because the assessors have little-to-no clinical training and look for reasons to reject rather than provide support. Case and point, I have a client that has 0% functional hearing who was rejected for new hearing aids because he “already had some”, despite the fact they don’t work and now he doesn’t leave the house because he can’t understand what anyone says.
