Hello Patrons,
A bit of a different video for you this week. Due to a recent court win against Forestry NSW the door is now open to challenge corporations for environmental damage in court.
While some of the finer details are still being set up behind the scenes we are starting a legal fund with the purpose of funding admin costs for any lawyers who wish to take on environmental causes themselves. We had planned to have things up and running by now but just need a bit more time before we can publicly announce the fund and release this video.
The video is finished so we're giving you an early look at our plans, keep an eye out for this going live as it has the chance to make a huge and direct different to environmental causes in Australia.

2024-06-23 08:53:54 +0000 UTCI’m already more than $70K behind the 8 ball for legal costs to defend a ‘non-defamation’ case which started when SOMEONE ELSE used my words from a private email, out of context, to instruct a ‘wide audience’ (of eight people hahaha), on how to make their own complaint to the DPIE. The DPIE are another government authority who are ‘immune’ to prosecution …… except by a member of the Police force or …… another ‘statutory authority’. Well well well. Who would have guessed? So yes, PLEASE donate to the fund to support this and other very-much-related issues of justice and democracy. Go Jordies and Go XD Law!
