Hey Xavbio, I was messing around in the Creation Kit and I noticed something... Captain Veleth wears the Guard variant of the Bonemold armor, which I think actually all the Redoran Guard were supposed to wear due to the fact that in Morrowind they wore that exact type of armor, which was simply named Gah-Julan armor! Gah! Bethesda!
