Basically as Wing said this episode if you just learn Nen the shroud of aura makes you stronger, you can punch stronger and also resist damage easier, basically aura is like "armour" in simple terms. Everything will be explained so I dont need to say anything else, You might not be familiar with power systems in anime, but usually because battle shounen have supernatural abilities there must be a system behind these powers to explain them. Great reaction!
