If you recall Killua’s nen type, he’s a manipulator. And the character attributes of a manipulator are that they are capricious and change up on a whim. Whereas Gon is an enhancer and enhancers are straightforward and honest. Manipulators are liable to change often and enhancers stick to their foundation. Also another small detail is that Killua comes from a wealthy family so he has the luxury to wear different outfits all the time. Gon does not
