as someone who does not really like football that much I FUCKING love this, it's just great entertainment! Also if you want more sports anime (since you mentioned wanting to get into it more) I recommend Haikyuu!! it's a banger volleyball anime that also has really clean animation and visuals, and it's got more episodes out than blue balls so far so you have some sports anime stuff to watch between the new eps! Excited to watch this anime with you been pretty hyped for it to air for some time and it's so fun to feel how your passion for irl football shines through in the reaction

Salam brother.. Captain Majid was amazing lol. btw you can watch "Aoashi" which is a more realistic approach to football on a professional level, the story, the animation & dialogues are amazing. I really recommend it. the first season just finished. Blue lock looks amazing as well, and many Mango readers recommend it as well.
