Quick Schedule Change for May 9th
Added 2021-05-08 20:50:05 +0000 UTCHey everyone, just a quick update here, we're switching the videos for May 9th and May 16th around. Originally, we were supposed to have Episode 75 of Morrowind Modding Showcases airing on Sunday, May 9th, but unfortunately the audio narration for that hasn't been finished yet. I woke up with a bit of a sore throat today, and was only able to finish narrating about 6 minutes of finished audio (roughly 30 minutes of raw audio) before I had to give up.
So that still leaves about 17 minutes of narration, or close to 90 minutes of raw audio (accounting for practice runs, slip-ups, and redoes due to mispronunciations) to do before we can even do the video editing and processing for Episode 75. There's simply no way to do all of that in the remaining time, so a more practical solution is simply to delay Episode 75 to May 16th, and move the cinematic flyby video we had originally scheduled for May 16th to May 9th.
Thankfully, cinematic flyby videos don't require a narration and are thus immune to sore throats, so we'll just have a scenic little cinematic flyby tomorrow, and Episode 75 next Sunday.
This does also mean that the next Behind the Scenes podcast will air on Monday. I already feel bad about skipping last week, so I'm going to try and make things up by having a little "mini" play-testing only podcast up sometime in the middle of next week, as just a short bonus episode.
Anyway, we do have a new patron backer poll starting tomorrow, for Episode 22 of Morrowind Modding Manors, and they official weekly schedule going live on Monday, so stay tuned for all that!
