I am having the same problem with the 32mm supported version of Lerath's body. There is an infinitely tall support structure way off in the distance, not connected to anything.

Hi, the itch typically comes closer to the end of the month once the files are verified completely and any changes are made. If you have the library linked to your account, you should see files there in a couple days

Same here for me. I went there after all the headaches with google drive and its just says nothing is avliable for download yet. This is my first month subscribing here so im not sure if im doing something wrong or not. By the way im loving the models!

I had the same struggle. I found that if I install google drive for desktop and then add a shortcut on my PC to the WWT download folder I can then browse from my file explorer to that shortcut and copy/paste the entire folder without all the zipping madness.

Hello! We offer 3 variations of release distribution; Google Drive, Itch.io and My Mini Factory links. Google drive and itch.io links are updated as soon as the release becomes available and are active distribution means. They are operational only during the release month and are disabled once the release completes. MMF fulfillment is a post release distribution. The link will be sent out to qualifying Patrons one week after the completion of any given release. For example: the May 2021 release will be distributed through MMF during the first week of June 2021.

Just joined, great models, absolutely love them, but oh my god the whole download google drive thing - what a massive PIA! Click download all, it takes an age to zip the collection, then it dumps it all into like 7 files but it splits all the folders up and duplicates split folders across the files! Including their subfolders too! So you have to sit there manually sorting & re combining the folders trying not to miss anything or put it in the wrong folder. ....OR if you try to download each model folder separately it takes even longer to sit there & do it manually! This is just ridiculous, its sooo bad, there's gotta be a better way than this!?? Sorry I probably just missed it, being new & all.

For me they're included in the folder of my first month supporting which was February. So when I open my library and go to "Objects shared with me -> White Werewolf Tavern -> WWT February 22 - Elven Veil", I see the Elven Veil minis PLUS the Welcome Chest. They're not added in an own folder or something like that soyou'll have to search for them on your own but for me they're there.

I still don't have February models in my library on myminifactory. This has been an ongoing thing about every month, is there something wrong with my account that prevents them from going there? Absolutely love the models and the supports are fantastic. Really not wanting to come off as a jerk, just genuinely not sure if there is an issue with my account.

Hey, can we get the unsupported Wounded_human_v1_base? When I download it I just get a duplicate of the Wounded_human_v1. Can't use the supported unfortunately as I want to print it without the built in base so I can put it on a hollow base. Would be great if we could get them without the built in bases as toppers but sinking them into the build plate works fine when it's unsupported.

Great upload. The anniversary set is great and came completely out of left field for me :). One curiosity for me is why large models are always split into such extremely small pieces. Basically all of my printing is for DND (scaled to 32mm characters) so with things like the living tree I need to place the pieces back together in the slicer to avoid trying to glue together pieces smaller than a fingernail. It would be really great if future models could include an unsplit file for this kind of usage.

Thanks for pointing that out. It seems that the issue was caused by a weird STL export from Lychee. At the moment if you’re using lychee, we suggest using the LYS file as that seems to be working just fine (base model of the legs is manifold) and the model gets broken by the stl export. We’re working now on getting it fixed!

The 75mm Auria model's legs have a whopping 233k holes and an actual hollow space in the fancy leg armour. Is there any chance we can get a fix for this?

Hello! Maletta is a miniature from the April release. It is no longer available on Patreon, although you can purchase it on MMF for a 50% patron discount. Your current subscription is valid for the whole of May. May's release will be out in two days.

Its pretty frustrating to have missed out on the best model in the set because it wasn't included in the main release. :/

No, we’re working with lychee as our main slicer, so all pre supported models will be released as .stl and .lys file formats.

I've found the only good way to download them (for me) is with Total Commander. I've never had any success downloading from Google Drive unless I download each file separately, and that was just a royal pain. :-/

I love the itch.io it's very fast and stable but when I look at Kunar the Giant Slayer I'm left wondering why those modern day boots on a sword wielding fantasy character? What's up with the boots and can they be replaced or is there an option for some boots more fitting the sword fighting times. Plus what's up with the ring half way through his heels and up against the giants face? The sculpt is excellent but not well thought out.

Tried downloading the whole March folder as a ZIP, but the subfolders are almost empty... many of the STLs are missing. It might help if it's pre-packaged, I believe.

This is what is says whe I try to save the .stl's I get the Zip file, but I can't extract the .stl's. "File extraction failed. The archive may be corrupted, not readable, or in an incompatible format." I did get the February files I just don't have the nice looking ( Release_February_sborka.JPG ) picture that I use as the folder image to help me find the files among all the others, it helps

Here I am at the end of the month checking that I have downloaded everything and comparing zip files from previous months (since google drive likes to add a timestamp to the downloaded files). Since you are uploading your files to MMF, do you think you could send us redeem links (like other creators do) so that the files are added to our MMF libraries, and in this manner we have permanent access (without worrying about disk space) and we don't have to remember to download everything?

Hi, James! 53mm is roughly the limit of what I would say is printable and capable of still preserving detail for it. That would be a scale factor of 44% ish. Perhaps give 38% a go -)
