August release - Open Post

Greetings dear guests and respected residents!

August has begun and we are happy to once again see you at the White Werewolf Tavern. We want to take a moment to share with you this month's releases and announcements!

Our current Patrons should have already received the download links to the STLs but if you’re not our Patron yet, here’s your chance to get your special seat by the hearth.

This month's first model is an aberration from the deep dark undergrounds! Its name is Urrock’h, the Ancient Eye.

The lair of Urrock’h is located in the deep dark caverns of the undergrounds. This aberration is the embodiment of a primordial evil and legends have it that Urrock’h has existed in the undergrounds for centuries. Many have tried to defeat it and all have failed for the aberrations hide is impenetrable to regular weapons and only the finest dwarven metals are able to penetrate it.

The hero or heroine that is able to defeat Urrock’h will be rewarded with unfathomable riches. The lair itself is scattered with plenty, but the most important treasure is in the belly of the beast. There lies the Tear of Freya, a legendary artifact that is able to grant the holder a titans strength and eternal life.

We hope that if you encounter Urrock’h in the undergrounds, you will have a chance to finally defeat him.

The second model is a dangerous monstrosity that takes the form of a spellbook; a terrifying Mimic!

Be weary in your travels, for if you find a spellbook and don’t double check it properly, you might be opening it up to find a teething maw staring back at you.

Today, we also want to announce the aforementioned changes to our tavern that will happen next month:

- Starting from September, we will be releasing a new Monthly Set, which will include a single “heroic model”, alongside a few miniatures. This will come alongside a new Tier, and a limited early bird version of said tier.

- The Welcome chest will be expanded with new models.

- The Merchant tier is also getting reworked, with a limited number of participants.
