It is the detective entering upon Nessa's hanged body - you can see he wears tie with a shirt but also some medical-like jacket; in the second panel on the wall to his right (in the left part of the image) a very clear rope and body appear; in the third image you see the legs and a messy table behind them. Lastly, it is possible that Nessa holds a knife and has lots of cuts on her arms (as seen in the first panel).

We see this man wearing a tie but not in a business style like Alyssa's father, looks more doctor-ish to me. The child has bangs. The only kids I can think of are Alyssa and Shin Hye and excluding Alyssa and having in mind the last episodes were with Shin Hye I lean towards her being the child. Other notes: - The girl is holding something in her right arm, like a wallet or a book; - There are blue stains on the front wall, the one behind the man, and on this man's shirt and chin. Might be blood stains if this is a reverse colours flashback like the one with Nol, where he was taken; - Man holds something in his left hand, not sure if it isn't the door handle; - In the man's glasses we see a women with a backbag(with a weapon???). On her right there seems to be window that's been boarded up but then someone's broken the boards;
