Team Radious Release – Update for Curse of the Vampire Coast DLC!
Hello Everyone, Team Radious Here!
Curse of the Vampire Coast is finally upon us! As Warhammer II players worldwide set sail and sign shanties at the top of their lungs, we are proud to announce that the newest update to our critically acclaimed Warhammer II Radious Overhaul is releasing too! Now you can enjoy that special Radious-feel gameplay right from the very beginning!
To make it possible for all of you to enjoy our mod on the DLC release, we have been working on it tirelessly for the past 6 weeks.
Update process was very carefully recorded here- https://www.patreon.com/posts/curse-of-vampire-21845482
All of the new units, abilities, factions and Legendary Lords (including Lokhir Fellheart) have been rebalanced and the new campaign mechanics have been reworked so that they fit in seamlessly with the existing factions. A couple of our custom lore-friendly units have already been introduced into the new faction rosters, with more on the way! Furthermore, we’ve spend countless hours of our time fine-tuning all the existing and new content ensuring that it conforms with our strict high-quality standards. This all provides for far more interesting and diverse campaigns for all of you to enjoy from day 1 of the DLC!
On top of that, a host of our Submods is also getting updated – T4 Settlements, 4 Skill Points per Level, Fake Skill Point Dump + Skills Overhaul, Increased Upkeep 40%, Norsca Occupy Everywhere and Wood Elves Overhaul, so that you can craft a Warhammer II experience that best suit your needs! We are also bringing back an old crowd favourite, the Insane Difficulty Submod, for all of you who like to test their mettle each turn. There are also some additional submods on the way, such as our own version of the Gates of Chaos mod, Old World Rites and much more!
Changelog 08.11.2018:

- All new content is fully rebalanced and fine-tuned to fit Radious Overhaul standards. The update is fully savegame compatible (old saves won’t have any of the new features added in these DLCs, but it will work);
- All new units completely rebalanced to fit with our custom rosters;
- All new ROR units entirely reworked and rebalanced to make them more unique and interesting to use;
- Many vanilla and custom units received several balance, attribute and ability changes. Some new effects added here and there to make them even more unique and interesting to use. Increased variety between factions and a noticeable increase in viable playstyles;
- Vampire Coast garrisons completely overhauled to bring them in line with the other factions;
- All campaign scripts updated to the latest release;
- All new campaign features, faction traits and technologies rebalanced to fit seamlessly into our mod;
- All new spells and abilities rebalanced in terms of damage, duration, mana requirements and applicable buffs/debuffs;
- All new items, traits and banners reworked to match the existing ones and to be more unique and interesting to use;
- AI recruitment further improved resulting in more varied and better-balanced armies;
- Vampire Coast offices reworked to offer much more interesting options and unique ways to build your armies;
- Vampire Coast economy rebalanced to fit Radious Overhaul standard and be competitive with the other factions
Additional Unit Changes:
- Our custom unit ‘Sylvanian Crossbowmen’ is now reworked and renamed to ‘Sylvanian Archers’. This is because CA is now adding their own missile units to Vampire Counts and so we had to alter the unit which we created for them 2 years ago.
- 5 brand new custom units for the Vampire Coast factions: Depth Guard (Shields), Great Ocean Prometheans, Hulks of the Deep Sea, Shadewraith Syreens and Zombie Pirate Deckhands (Shields);
- More custom units will arrive in upcoming days/weeks to make Vampire Coast roster unique and rich as all other factions.
We would like to once again thank all of our Patrons – you support is what keeps us going! If you are not a Patron yet, and enjoy our content, please consider supporting us. We hope that you will all enjoy the new DLC and tons of new content we have prepared for you!
Open seas and lots of lizard trinkets to You all!
