when using simripper the mesh gets distorted and the texture ends up not looking right. so in order for the nail to work properly while rendering, download the blender file below and append it in blender. follow this tutorial if you need help (credits to pinkpusay ♥)

if the nails don't fit the fingers properly while rendering, you can adjust it by going on edit mode (press the TAB key), enabling 'Toggle X-Ray' (see picture below), selecting the nails you want to fix by pressing the B key and dragging it to select the specific nail entirely. then press the G key to move it around.
