2026 In-Person Workshops: Joshua Tree and Atacama
Added 2025-05-06 18:47:57 +0000 UTCI am excited to announce that I've been asked to teach at three in-person deep sky astrophotography workshops in 2026. Early access begins today!
The Workshops
January 2026 (two sessions): Joshua Tree, California with Capture the Atlas
and
May 2026: Atacama Desert, Chile with TourHero
There will be a dark sky photography site available every night of all these trips with AC power available for our gear. For Joshua Tree, the photography site is the 'Sky's the Limit Observatory' which is a 15 minute drive from the hotel. For Atacama, the main photography site is on the grounds of the hotel we will be staying at in San Pedro de Atacama. One night in Chile, we will go out into the desert for those that want to do some landscape astrophotography (optional).
