Fake FEM with grains
Added 2017-08-23 02:15:06 +0000 UTCBeen a while since doing anything fun or silly with Houdini (work is keeping me busy with UE4 atm), but made this after some chat in the Houdini Discord chat. I think this might be the worst thing I've done to that poor pig.

Sorry just saw this. No, haven't played with the arkit stuff yet, too many other fundamentals I have to learn first!

2017-10-06 08:54:37 +0000 UTCNo arkit/vuforia stuff I'm afraid, mainly using the game export stuff via the vertex animation texture rop, works really well. Did a simple test with houdini engine to prove it worked, but nothing serious. UE4 is pretty good fun, and if you go to the 'think procedural' houdini discord and hang out in the realtime channel, the guys from sidefx and several others are really helpful.

2017-08-26 12:26:53 +0000 UTCPoor pig indeed! :) Matt, have you been able to run ARKit in UE4.17? Or Vuforia? Are you using Houdini assets in UE4? Still a UE4 noob, its probably the ONE application I most want to master coming from a Unity3d background.
