in dangerous waters

Seeing how her body blended in with the rocks and her skin shone from the sun was another reminder of how we are a part of it all. All of nature and all of earth, we are of it. All these different textures found out there, we are simply another sort of texture. Have you gone out this weekend? Really gone out, gone for a walk and felt the fresh air in your lungs, watched the clouds move in the sky, heard the birds start singing their song of spring? There are few things that can reset our nervous system quite like that.
