Meld Beats

I thought it would make for a fun livestream next week to make beats using only Meld. Like this post of you think I should do that. Download attached. See you soon.

2024-12-06 07:28:37 +0000 UTCThis is great, the noise on the Noisy Shapes oscillator ties the whole thing together. Velocity modulation for the bass notes is pretty neat! Snare sounds great, which reminds me: Have you seen the snare synthesis approach by Zion Jaymes on youtube? Popped up in my recomendations a few months ago. They use feedback and some filtering on a single impulse rather than the regular layering techniques. The results sound very, very good but I'm not getting there when I try to follow along. Maybe you can take a crack at it?
