Its a silly glitchy pitch shifter sound musher. Windows Users! I'd be interested to hear if it works. Download attached. Mush!
Edit! The first Mac export didn't work so please try the new one.

This is strange. I was sending VSTs back and forth with Tom Hall last night on discord and we didn’t run into any of this.

2022-11-18 15:20:45 +0000 UTCSo, basically it would need you to have a developer license to get it codesigned, but there's a simple command to codesign something yourself, on your own risk ofc. Otherwise it wouldn't load. Quarantine is something else, its that macos will set some file attribute to an unopened file dled with a browser, that's another command, I didn't actually need to dequarantine your vst, only codesign. "codesign --force --deep --sign - /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/GlitchShifter.vst3" did the job
