Probably a lot of factors tbh. I like to think of the 5th Element as one of those formative movies that shaped me in my youth so it's always been dear to me, and I'll be real, the designs of the flight attendants have always lived rent free in my mind (that and the McDonalds girl and Leeloo). I also just love the concept of a service role offering "special" services to guests, just pushes a lot of buttons for me 😊 Lastly, and this is from a practical side, I don't do lewd art of real people, so this scene lets me draw the concept of these characters without directly referencing the actors themselves.
