Here’s what’s new in the latest test update for Sanatorium:
Image Progress
I’ve continued adding images to the existing scenes—currently focusing on the one where Maya and Paya meet occupational therapist Mia.
New Scene & Characters
I’ve written a brand new scene that introduces two upcoming characters: Lexi and Monica. Their visual designs are still in progress, so I’ll share more about them once I’m happy with how they look. Stay tuned...
Dynamic Scene Navigation (Work-in-Progress)
I’ve also started working on a new system that would allow players to dynamically choose which scenes to play, instead of following a fixed order. This should make the experience feel more personalized and replayable.

Yes. As any other Renpy game. You right-click or hit ESC to open menu and there will be save slots. There you can have multiple saves. Also by hitting three stripes button in upper left corner you will be able to export and import your saves. That my be useful between version changes if you use PC version and not web
