This is definitely one of my favorite interviews of Dimash! It's also the first one I ever watched. I love how he always stops and thinks about his answers, it shows how intelligent and sincere he is. I always dreamed of being a teacher. I always felt good when helping my friends with their homework. That didn't happen. But then I always dreamed of becoming a mother. I wanted children that I could teach! I was told I would never be able to have kids due to a trauma I went through when I married at very young and he was abusive. I got away from that and then was blessed with 2 babies a boy and a girl.. I believe God helped my dream come true β€οΈ

This is my favorite interview of his. The interviewer was a long time family friend and you could tell by the eye contact, his body language that he was very comfortable with her and hence his answers were so complete. Thank you for watching it!! :)

Thank you for reacting to this interview. Contrasting this with the interview he did this year at New Wave shows how much he has grown and matured. He is so much more confident and grounded. He takes being an artist as a responsibility, for his country, for his family, for his fans and to be true to himself. I admire him very much. He has a lot to share with the world.

Thank you for posting this interview. I agree that the host was such a great interviewer. I also feel that Dimash always puts a lot of thought into everything he says.
I have always loved history so even when I was very young I wanted to be an archaeologist. That didnβt happen but I was a history teacher for over 25 years so I really loved that. π

Going back in time it's interesting to see how his opinions on things have changed too, at that point he was adamant that he would never leave his parents home and yet now he has his own apartment in Almaty. Perhaps after spending 3 years with his own apartment in Beijing and then being forced back into the family home for two years he started to feel a little smothered?
