INXS -What You Need LIVE

Comments

Oh yay INXS! One of my faves! This particular gig sold out Wembley at 72,000 people. They were the headline act and were particularly prolific in the 80s and 90s. Whilst they aren't a band anymore (when Michael tragically died at the age of 37, he couldn't be replaced), their music definitely still lives on in film and tv. So you may have heard some of their iconic songs like "Never Tear Us Apart" or "Need You Tonight".

Michael Kelland John Hutchence (22 January 1960 – 22 November 1997) was an Australian singer and songwriter. He was the co-founder, lead singer, and lyricist of the rock band INXS from 1977 until his death in 1997. The band sold over 50 million records worldwide, making them one of Australia's highest-selling music acts of all time. They were also inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2001. Wembley Stadium holds 90,000 seats.
