Market Talk and Some New Stuff Comin Up!

Hey, pals! Been a minute since I popped in here to tell ya about stuff I'm looking forward to! I've been pretty busy getting ready for Art Demo, a super fun indie art market organized by my friend Jenn (@jangminails), which came and went this last weekend with many good vibes and lots of stickers! Now, I'm looking forward to next month's Minna Market (another very fun artist alley event)! My pal Nate (@moist_pixels) had a super cool setup at Art Demo, and he had a tablet with a qr code and animations playing on it displayed on his table! I thought it was so cool and practical, and so I thought I'd take some inspiration from Nate and create a little display with an old tablet of mine to advertise some music merch that I'm gonna sell at Minna! It's still a bit of a work in progress, but I dug up an old tablet from high school, cut out some cardboard, and got something I'm pretty proud of! I'll have some headphones (with some sanitation wipes) on my table so folks can listen to some of the music I'm selling while they watch some animations on the tablet!

I'm also putting a lot of work into launching a couple new pages on insta: @nenkoco and @mcbeemorecords !

@nenkoco is gonna be where meg and I share our collaborative work and share info about our tabling events! I love working w meg and we have a lot of fun stuff in the works, so go check it out if you wanna be the first to see some of our collaborative stuff!

@mcbeemorecords will be a place for not just my own music work, but for sharing some music by people I feel so lucky to call my friends! McBeemo Records was a name I came up with forever ago when I made a distrokid account to share music of mine and of my pal Clayton's band (Sun Valley Scarlet! go check it out! shout out to maude <3), and I'm excited to make it more of a page rather than just a footer under our spotify accounts hahaha. Who knows where it'll go, but I'm rly excited to launch a little page to better catalogue my journey with music both as a fan and as an artist.
