They are.. a Nameless pirate captain who camps out one of the Stone Forest trade routes
i wanna say their Family collapsed RIGHT after they had come of age, and they were never able to get Family membership again
leading to disenfrachisment and a general resentment of Family culture... which is very much the heartland pirate stereotype
