Absolutely agree, was nice to just slow down and take some time to enjoy his new life a little bit before things became much worse. Frozen Bond coming today :) And I can tell you that I much appreciated the much needed backstory for Emilia. As for Season 2, I will be doing them like I do every other show since it does not have a directors cut, so I will be doing one episode at a time. Editing 2 episodes in one go did take a toll on me and took a lot out of my day lol. Thank you so much for your continued support on this series reaction!

When someone is both as emotionally invested in the show, and as able to intelligently understand the themes and characters, as you are, it places the experience leagues above others. I also felt able to relate to you through the videos, and that was nice. Thanks for the good times so far. I'll probably view season 2 for the first time alongside you, so I'm looking forward to that lol.

A small clarification: This OVA takes place in between Arc 2 and Arc 3 (after defeating the MaBeasts in the forest and before the return to the capital). Be sure to react to the other OVA, the Frozen Bond, to get more information about Emilia's backstory. It'll make season 2 even better as you'll see the reason Emilia acts as she does. By the way, I have a small doubt. Unlike season 1, season 2 does not have a director cut, and as such, episodes are standard length instead of 50 minutes like the director cut. Will you be reacting to two episodes at a time or just one? Anyway, great reaction, keep it up!
