So lets say some universes have tons of populated planets compared to universe 7 we havent seen many populated planets bedsides the ones Friza destroyed. The top 4 universes are exempt because they would also loose the most amount of life if destroyed.

Even Team Four Star has been praising this movie in their reviews for this movie and they HATE the original broly trilogy
