Marriage age (for women) in Japan is 16 and 18 (for men). There's a double standard for age and gender in Japan on many levels. Cultural differences explain why they tend to sexualize such young girls in Japanese shows. That doesn't make it right. Its an explanation, not a backing. I'm really surprised to find out how many people dislike Mineta. I mean sure he's kind of useless (even though he came in clutch this episode) and he's definitely a perv.... but that's the comedy of the character. I haven't heard the sub voice yet, but I think the dub voice suits his character design pretty well. I think he's freaking hilarious!! FYI most of the other characters are referred to by their last name. I think it's only Momo/Yao-Momo and Deku/Izuku who called by thier first names. Although most of Izuku's classmates call him by his last name Midoriya.

I really dislike Mineta and I can't understand how people find him hilarious when he only comes across has a creep and a disgusting person overall..I know he is a teenager but his character is useless and doesn't had anything to the story in my opinion.
