i looked it up and it seems really well put together, and it fixes a lot of problems with the main show.However, since it is a fan project stiched from copy right content i dont think its a good idea to expose them selves to the liability.

You should watch Naruto Kai, it's a community project, every episode, but all the fillers are cut out, It's just a pure lovely gold. no intro's outro's, just about 90, 1 hour episodes (or so) and a perfect way to share the entire series, I have every episode, Reply here I'll share them with you (if you want more context just look at the naruto Kai subreddit)

Just skip the recaps at the start of the episode. It will make the series more enjoyable if you skip them

Yeah guys. Definitely skip the long cluster of filler towards the end of the series. All filler before that is fine to watch, but the end filler is not worth the time.

Personally, I wish I stopped watching after Part 1. Alot of unanswered questions, but it's like the Terminator series. I wish it stopped with T2, you can enjoy it because you get to see more Terminator stuff but the series as a whole is not good. Or you could compare It to the Star wars movies, with the original trilogy being Part 1 Naruto.

Naruto Part 1 has a good ending, when looked at as a prequel to Shipudden. As a stand-alone story not so much. Regardless, the Finale is pretty damn awesome, so you’ll be satisfied either way.

Personally, I think they'll decide to watch Shippuden once they get to the end of Naruto. No way they're gonna be okay with shelving it after seeing everything that happens. I can totally see Nahid pushing Shippuden heavy. They'll most likely skip all the filler through a watch list, hopefully with the exception of Kakashi Gaiden, which i think is on watch lists anyways.

Also definitely skip all filler, naruto filler isn’t like atla filler and was created solely so the anime could stall while Kishimoto wrote the next manga installment. Shippuden has a few funny/character building ones but they’re not essential, and most fillers in both parts sometimes even contradict canon. It’ll be easier to get through this show if you just skip

I can think of a few filler episodes in Naruto they should watch just for the laughs, and the first filler arc as well because it does set up stuff for a character in Shippuden. They should certainly skip 99% of them tho.

Comparing it to avatar, think of Naruto as book 1, and shippuden as book 2 and 3. The only reason I wouldn't watch Shippuden after Naruto, is if I didn't have enough time. I also implore you to skip (and not even watch on your own time) every filler episode until a few near the end of shippuden.

Naruto has a concrete ending in the same way books 1 and 2 of avatar have a concrete ending, it’s conclusive but the story would feel extremely incomplete without shippuden. Also ya naruto (the character) is low key annoying lmaooo

Yeah you have to do straight into Shippuden. I mean not like the next week I'm sure most people wouldnt mind them taking a few month break in between the end of this and Shippuden but you need to watch Shippuden. And yeah they will for sure need to skip fillers that's where us the viewers will be good to help too. Cause some fillers are good tbh and arent placed weirdly if you know what I mean lmao

original naruto series does have a concrete ending after the cannon episodes but still has plot points to follow through to shippuden which is worth the watch but it's going to be an incredibly long journey to get there aha

I’d say Naruto’s ending isn’t too concrete in the sense that the story is not over. Someone else made a great comparison in that it’d be like not watching Book 2 & 3 of ATLA. Sure it ends in like oh okay so it’s sort of over but not really because there’s some stuff that needs to be resolved. I think you guys would be better off going just straight into Shippuden but with the consequence of there of course being a ridiculous amount of filler that I’d personally suggest to skip.

Naruto was frustrated seeing the difference in skill of other ninja outside of his village. Remember, this is the children's first time leaving the village, and they have never seen actual battles (at least Naruto and Sakura). So for Naruto and Sasuke, who both want to get stronger, its frustrating seeing just how far they still have to go.
