I had started LOST at the start of this season. Then I was really bummed out I overslept and missed the first 10-15 minutes of this episode. Must been pretty out of it, 'cause I didn't recognize Katey Sagal until the second viewing, Mrs Bundy herself, from one of my favorite shows from youth. Married with Children helped me learn English, explains a lot.

So glad you guys are back, the new editor did a decent job but Surj’s edits (and eventually as it seems, his reactions) will be dearly missed. Solid episode, Terry O’Quinn’s acting this episode was phenomenal, just amazing. I think Nikki would have accepted the part with Ana Lucia more easily were it not for that fucking thumbnail last episode.

I've got it all worked out: Suraj makes his triumphant return to Lost reactions for the season 3 finale with Suraj and Nikki in a skit recreating the famous "We have to go back!" scene.

Hey Suraj, like everybody else (worth mentioning) I wish you a better couple of weeks than the last few, the good thing about having a terrible time is that there's mostly nowhere to go but up. Selfishly though, I hope you read this and consider continuing being a part of the reactions for this show. I obviously don't know how large a role the reactions are playing in your current situation, so take this request with a grain of salt if it's too much to ask for, however I felt I had to try and ask because the genuine interest you had in the show showed through the screen and made the viewing experience exceptional. Again, hope all is better and continues to get better.

I would push the button. Sure I’d be curious if anything would actually happen. But inputting the numbers at that schedule isn’t such a terrible task. And with the possibility that something COULD happen that would effect my chances of continuing to live in the hatch, pushing the button would really be a fair trade. A fully furnished living space with walls and a roof, food, music, weapons... why run the risk, right?

I know this is Dustin's first edit but as an assistant editor myself, I always tell my lead editor to not hold back with constructive criticism. At 3:02 you cut out the resolution to that situation (Desmond holding Locke) and it was hella disorienting. Orientation is a packed episode but I'd have liked a little more of a transition between those two scenes. Of course everyone edits differently and I may just be used to a different style so take that for what you will. Other than that though it was a great edit!

Thanks man :) I'm warming up to it but I think I will be missing a majority of Season 3. The show brings up bad baggage of mine I'd prefer to keep repressed.
