Guys yes mako fucked up, but that’s for his character development or should I call it character undevelopement XD anyways I loved the Mako/Asami/Bolin storyline it’s cool while we have Aang’s kids storyline and Korra/Spirits storyline. So many questions, also the season started slow but it will all wrap up to an OMG WTF 😱. The best part is that the series will go uphill from here till the end of the last season.

I hope so. They need to be viewed together, and they need to be gotten through, despite how great it is that they exist. Kora just wouldn't be Kora without them, but they are odd enough that it is good to get back into the flow. The foundation they provide is worth it tho. I consider them classics, but they are far from my favorite.

Korra went around the system out of frustration to try and save the South and her family. Mako's basically doing the same here with his case. If it wasn't okay with Korra, it shouldn't be okay with Mako doing something like this. So, I completely agree with Nahid on this. This was pretty much bullshit, not to mention very hypocritical since he came off all noble and standing by his morals last episode. When Korra needed help and was about to do something behind Raiko's back, you don't help her and you even report her BUT when it comes to your thing, it's okay for you to go behind your superior's back? Don't even get me started on how he even involved the Triads in this sting operation.

I found him entirely hypocritical this episode. He didn't want to help Korra and even ratted her out to Raiko, but then he's willing to help Asami and even perform an unsanctioned sting operation behind Beifong's back, his superior? C'mon now. I get lots of characters are taking stupid pills this season, including Beifong, but you can't go and do something like that after you acted all noble and stood by your morals last episode. (Oh and utilizing Triads in the sting operation? ...Wow, okay)

Mako really pissed me off this season. As bad as Korra was in the beginning at least she tried to do what was best. Mako just seemed to only stand by his morals when it was convenient. And I usually like Mako. It was stuff like this that gave book 2 such a bad rep.

I love Varrick. He's one of the funniest characters on this show. Of all the shady stuff he does I don't know why him making propaganda films seems so bad. The US did it, most countries did it in times of war, that's war 101. I'm not saying it's right but it's just something that's done.
