I believe it is the same thing for Pride. Lust was not spawned from a human woman but the body was spawned. Gluttony's body is also spawned his stone.

2018-09-12 17:23:50 +0000 UTCYou're a bit confused about some stuff. Only Greed (now) and Wrath have a human body. Pride, Envy and the others were just created from scratch by Father, body included. Lust can't be brought back because her stone was destroyed. Gluttony consumed all the power of his stone during the fight with Scar in episode 28 but its not destroyed. The four sacrifices Father told about are : Ed, Al, Izumi, Hohenheim.
