YAKS BEST BRIDES!
So sorry it took me this long to post anything. I've been through a lot lately.

In Yakyakistan, few ceremonies are as sacred as a wedding. Yak parents start saving early and will rack up tons of debt to fund the event for their offspring.
After a symbolic bride price has been negotiated, the mother-in-law fixes the engagement by hanging a large bell around the bride's neck, which will be worn until the groom rings it on the first wedding day. That's right, yak weddings last for multiple music and food-filled days — and of course, no yak celebration would be complete without something getting flattened.
Every dish that is served is culturally significant in a different way. The bride and groom dress in earthy tones, like beige, as these are calm colors that symbolize the wish for a peaceful marriage. They also adorn themselves with accessories of solid gold, which symbolize prosperity.
On the final day of the wedding, the bride and her parents cry to show they will miss living in the same dwelling. Most yaks don't end up that far from their childhood homes, but since Yona decided to stay in Equestria for good the tears didn't need to be forced. Not that Yona doesn't visit her parents all the time. Family is very important to yaks and Yona's parents always treated her well.

For the design I borrowed elements from Central Asia and Mongolia.
