Shooting with

Yurii (Part 1)

I already said that in the near future I am going to move to another country. All of December was dedicated to saying goodbye to Kyiv and my loved ones, packing up, and closing important matters. And you know, I managed to do it quite easily. Much easier and faster than I expected... During this time, it turned out that I am not so attached to Kyiv, I do not have many friends there (friends, acquaintances with whom I would like to say goodbye). I even felt sad because I always thought that it was the people I miss when I go abroad on my travels.

When I tried to analyze what had changed... because before, it really played a role and I constantly went to meetings, dates, and parties when I returned. I realized that I finally had a person in my immediate environment who gives me everything and even more. Everything I collected drop by drop with each individual person in Kyiv (and not only (after all, I still have friends in other countries now)). With someone I found ease in communication, with someone I found depth, with someone I had common childhood memories, with someone I found pleasant silence, and with someone total acceptance.

And now I feel and receive almost all of this with one person - my boyfriend. I never believed that one person could cover almost all of my communication needs. Especially man. "Almost all" only because there are still so-called "girly topics" that are not so interesting to discuss with guys )))

I am very happy about that and grateful to the universe for his presence in my life.

Now I understand people who have one best friend. For me, this is no longer about an introverted person, but about a person who has found that very special person.

P.S. This is the seria with Yurii in Kyiv this winter. Improvisation with lamp, moon and mirror. (moon and mirror you will see in Part 2 of this shoot)

I guess you can really say that your "home" is where your heart is. And your heart is with your boyfriend, so you're always "home" :)) Btw, that's a very inspiring series! Makes me want to try unconventional lighting setups like that :)
