My muse

a little more spring with Sasha Atman, I would like to add here and raise the question of "something more".

At what point in your life, at what age, or in what condition, and did you ever desire "something more"? Something bigger than what you do or who you are now?

When you are satisfied with your life, when you realize your wishes very quickly, when you feel that you already have everything in your life that you wanted... and it seems that everything you already have is too simple and meaningless... and the question arises "what next" ?

I already had this question raised within me half a year ago, and I perceived it as a stage of my growing up... I felt it in myself and successfully hid it with a layer of new trips, filming, acquaintances. Then "I want something more" seemed like a coincidence that I met on the way home, but now these thoughts come to my home and are already confidently knocking on my door.

Comments

I’ve found that when wanting more or being consumed by desires finds a termination, the call is inward towards the actualization of the self and not towards more external goals, places or experiences. Most people simply keep chasing and then wonder why their life feels eventually empty. Instant gratification feels spontaneous and thrilling but is the death knell of depth and a remarkable life. Beyond this, there are of course also chapters of life and certain milestones which we may biologically or otherwise feel the pull towards.
