Today, the shooting was canceled at the moment when I was already on my way to the location.

I was upset but still decided to stay on the beach (where we planned to shoot). I found a place where there were no people, where I could be completely alone. For about an hour, I tried to just stop thinking, my head was filled with various unnecessary thoughts, past, future, but not present at all. As a result, I still managed to curb my flow of thoughts and I finally felt myself near the sea - I felt the sand with my whole body, I felt the wind blowing my hair, the sun gently burning my buttocks, I heard seagulls flying nearby...

Having enjoyed the moment, I sat down to write my diary, which I have been putting off for a long time. I am very pleasantly surprised - because I have never written so much gratitude to myself, I have never felt so much strength in myself.
