I don't usually show references in the WIP images, but I figured I wanted to provide a little context here. It's fun and interesting to work with perspective esepically when you are trying to recreate a scene from within an anime. This is pretty much what a rough sketch of that would look like when I am drawing before I go over it again and begin adding more detail. Then after that I tend to do one more sketch again over that one to really clean everything up and fixing any errors I see before inking.
