I'd been sitting on this idea for a while, mostly because I wanted to do something more, uh, long form with it, but in the end I just had to get it down, even abruptly like this. Remember kids, don't feed your pregnant friends their weight in donuts, especially if you yourself are a medical doctor and absolutely know better.
