hey there!!! so. i've been runnin this thing for a fair few months now, and i feel like i have a better idea of what works for me and what doesn't than when i started. so! i've changed up some of the goals/reward tiers a lil bit, in the interest of bein' up front with regard to what i can actually do while still focusing on development.

i started this with a lot of ideas like "OHHH ITD BE COOL TO OFFER COMMISSIONS AS A REWARD" and like "I WANNA WRITE A TON OF JOURNALS W/mY THOUGHTS ABOUT GAMES AND STUFF" and "ITD BE FUN TO MAKE A BUNCH OF STUPID FANGAMES" but it turns out these things... aren't a great use of time and distract me from the main thing i'm supposed to be doing, which is Making The Dang Video Game.

SO.  i axed some of the goals and reward tiers. most of the goals are just "haha i can afford to pay my rent" kinda things now, but also i added another stream tier? starting this month i'm going to put together an actual stream schedule, and probably do them Not In the Middle Of The Night because my day job has been making it harder and harder to keep that kind of stuff up. streams are fun to do and people seem to really enjoy them, so i think i'd like to continue focusing on those alongside the gamedev stuff moving forward!! even if they can take a good chunk of my time i think they're super worth the investment.

ANYWAY i realize it's cuttin' it kinda close to the end of the month, but please feel free to give everything a once-over and make sure you're still ok pledging at your current level before payment time rolls around! also, if you've got any questions or concerns, feel free to send me a message here or on twitter or email or, y'know, wherever's good for you!!
