Tier Updates

As mentioned before, I made some adjustments to the pledges/tiers
Given the obligatory enforcement on taxes I had to increase the amount on
NILA , SYAN AND MIFA Tiers, hopefully it wont affect your finances.
Regarding to this, since cant modify tiers where I have supporters made new ones.
So please change your pledges to the new ones as soon as possible to dont have any issues.
