I'm taking a little break from #fairyland to celebrate the return of our virtual Candlelight Restorative classes! I typically schedule these on the new moon, and the first one is being held next Wednesday from 6-7:30 for the #libramoon. In these workshops, you'll be guided through restorative yoga, deep relaxation in yoga nidra, and other meditative relaxing practices -- all aligned with the energies and frequencies of the cosmic cycle.
No yoga props? Don't worry about it. I always send an email before the session with tips and guidelines to get the most of your experience -- including household items that can be used in lieu of props.
I love these classes, because they create ceremony, centering, and connection at the beginning of the lunar cycle, allowing us to set the container for the month again.
