News: Loyalty Tokens for Patrons and RE: Walking Animations

We worked hard to find our footing last year and did a lot of groundwork to make 2023 the greatest year to be a Beneos Tokens patron yet! The first piece of great news are...

Loyalty Tokens!

We want to reward those of you who invest into a whole year of Beneos Tokens, as well as those who stay with us month to month! Because of your continued support, we can release even more content, and so it's only fair that you are the ones benefitting most from it!

Each month that you stay with us, you'll get a Loyalty Token in addition to the weekly releases.

This lovely lady is a Bone Hag, a CR 12 nightmare eager to grind your players into dust.

Because they're on a monthly schedule, we can take our sweet time with them, as they don't compete with the weekly slot. This means that the Loyalty Tokens will always be big releases with loads of animations and multipage PDFs filled with lair Actions, encounter mechanics, customization tables, lore, magic items, subclasses, backgrounds or spells.

Your opportunity to have your players fight skeletal Dinosaurs!

How do I access my Loyalty Tokens?

1. Those of you who already are Patrons and either resubscribe for April or already subscribed for the whole year will get a direct message here on Patreon at the start of April!

2. New Patrons subscribing in April (or the following months respectively) will get an email one month after joining!

RE: Walking Animations

Due to the strain the Walking Animations often put on Foundry-user's systems, we've deactivated the animations from our sides. Some users with less powerful systems experienced lags or stuttering animations that interfered with the experience. If you never suffered any walking animation related issues, you can reactivate the walking animations in your settings for yourself, but until we find a reliable fix, we want to improve the user experience for new patrons! Thanks for the feedback and bringing this issue to our attention!
