Don't worry too much though, feeling much better now, and I'll be recording tomorrow morning so you'll likely have your ad-free version by Lunchtime!

Much better! Don't know what it was, just came over feeling very nauseous and apparently the traditional NHS remedy of warmed up bread and stewed leaves sorted me right out
