Great British Bake Off the most genuine and nice people with dry British humor. Also obviously the food.

Ice Cream and Netflix: Your Lie in April or Sword Art Online are two animes that I would recommend, also A Silent Voice. Comedy: anything Dave Chapelle. Books: Christopher Nuttall, "The Zero Enigma". Comedies are a nice distraction, but sometimes sad shows/books/movies can direct those emotions into a good outlet. A healthy cry is nothing to be ashamed of. I hope these feelings do not have anything to do with your "friend's" left hand. A new expansion of Destiny 2 comes out in November if you really want a good distraction. If someone as nice and cute as you streamed on twitch, I would be there. I think some streamers find some good company and people to talk to. Do you play any games? Thank you for the pictures.
