What's planned for content update #5?
Added 2022-04-29 18:29:04 +0000 UTCUpdate #4 is being prepped for release May 1st!
So, what comes next?
In the June update, I am planning (hoping!) to finish Sebastian's route entirely. There are 5 endings left, for a total of 14! (When did an extra one sneak in there somewhere?! I seriously don't know!)
In one of those 5 new endings, Lux & Quispe will find their first clue to the big mystery.
This does unfortunately mean that Julian will have no content for June, maybe at most a side story. Any requests? :D
But the good news is, Julian's route is now fully planned, so (assuming I finish Seb's route) July's update will be all Julian content.
And I can start planning route #3. (Make sure you vote on the upcoming poll!)
What about the new UI? We'll have to see if it makes it into the next update. New UIs can potentially have a lot of bugs. The UI may come out as a non-content update just for testing before it's a part of an official release.
If I have the bandwidth for it, I also hope to do a little re-writing of Particles in the next update too. I know Particles and the overall mystery stuff is confusing and needs work!
I also think at some point I'm going to go through and remove their non-critical commentary entirely. The more I think about it, they're probably an annoyance and disruptive to the story flow. Agree/disagree?
