World Heroes Vote

This will prob come next month, I wanna finish all the outstanding commish this month. I said that last month, but people keep adding to them lol (can't complain)... I'm prob the only guy here that remembers this game, so you'll need to research. When I looked there was only sprites available, aaaaargh. So you know the routine, vote and you shall get... its a private one this one, which means only you guys get it.
