🎯 September BETA – Increase Realism Megapack

Hi everyone! I'm happy to present you my next update, which includes something that never existed before.....This month brings four main changes – with a direct impact on transfers, squad building, and overall game balance:

FOR ALPHA-USERS: There were no changes compared to the BETA

🔹 1. Player Agencies NEW
I've re-invented how Football Managers parameter uses player agents and replaced them with player agencies. The 200 biggest player agencies have been created, representing around 4,000 of the best players worldwide.
Each agency comes with its own personality traits, which directly influence contract negotiations – some are aggressive, some efficient, and some just want the money 😅

For example:

• Gestifute (Jorge Mendes)

• ROGON

• Stellar Group

• Lian Sports

• Wasserman

• Unique Sports Group

👉 Important: The “Player Agents� file by Nik33 is not compatible and must be removed to avoid conflicts.

It's a file which I'm planning to expand for FM26 if the feature still works as intended.

🔹 2. Club Data Fix (25/26)
Minor data correction for FC Barcelona.

🔹 3. CA/PA – New Wonderkids & others
Many young players were updated based on recent real-life transfers and performances – including new talents with realistic potential.

🔹 4. Transfer Preferences
Adjustments were done to better balance transfer logic/team strenght across the top 5 leagues after some tests

⚠� Important:
All changes for the 25/26 season are located in the folder "25_26 season fixes".
👉 Make sure to copy these files into your editor data folder and delete the following old files:
