Before we begin tonight’s meditation, I just want to say—thank you for being here.
Whether you arrived with a quiet heart or one that’s racing,
Whether today was beautiful, heavy, or just a blur—
You’ve made it to this moment. And that’s more than enough.

This meditation is a soft invitation into rest.
It’s for the part of you that’s weary.
The part that’s carried more than it let on.
The part that just needs a place to let go.

Tonight, we’ll walk together through a summer field,
beneath a sky slowly darkening to indigo,
where fireflies blink like little earthbound stars.

There’s no pressure here.
No expectations.
Just a slow drift into stillness,
and the quiet remembering that you belong to the peace of the world,
just as much as the wind, or the trees, or the night itself.

So take a deep breath.
Let yourself settle.
And whenever you’re ready—
We’ll begin.
