Drifting off With the Rain

It was raining as I sat down to record, so I thought I'd open the window and let us listen to it together :)
This meditation is an invitation to rest, to surrender, to be held. The rain knows no urgency—it simply falls, steady and gentle, washing away all that is heavy. Tonight, we will follow its rhythm, letting go of tension, releasing the weight of the day, and sinking into deep, effortless sleep.
There is nothing you need to do, nowhere you need to be. Just listen, just breathe. With every drop of rain, you’ll feel yourself softening, unraveling, drifting into stillness.
Let’s settle in, close our eyes, and let the rain carry us into rest.
