Lee Jung-Jae is the actor for Gi-hun and squid games is called like that because of the last game they play in season 1 where they pushed each other to go over the line iirc. The recruiter said he worked at the games and removed and burned bodies. the That's a circle's job or a worker.

Ohmygosh, you looking up the detective right after they showed a flashback of the last scene with him getting shot. I thought I was bad with recognizing faces, lol. You’re practicing Korean. Does this mean we should expect you to create an original Kpop song on stream soon? 😆 I like how you pointed out that when Mr. Kim and the other guy are tailing the recruiter it’s broad daylight, but still tense. So true! ‘Well that was brief’🤣 Btw, not a spoiler, but Gi-hun lives at the Pink motel. That’s why he sees the couple at the beginning on his security cameras. And why no one sees the blood splatted recruiter later, the motel is rundown/shutdown. As you mentioned, the acting is wonderful. Both roulette scenes are super tense and the recruiter actor was phenomenal. I love this post squid game Gi-hun we see in this very first ep. He’s not playing around! ‘This isn’t marvel. This is squid games. There’s no happiness’ 😭 So sad, but so true. I’m so glad you’ve enjoyed the 1st ep! Excited for the rest of your reactions! 😁
