Yes joey, tanaka wasn't out of bounds. It's not like basketball where it's illegal for a player to touch the ball and floor at the same time when they're out of bounds. There are even some situations where a player can chase the ball even tho it's on the opponents side (it's gonna be to long to read if i explain this whole situation). Basically, the out of bounds call only aplies to the ball and not the player.
