That redhead with the rings is the Hunter’s Association guild leader (I think) and the episode prior when he was talking to that buff S-rank dude, he said there was an incident on Jeju Island. I’m guessing that’s what the dream was about since GL and that buff dude have memories of losing friends and or guild mates on that island. Now GL is planning to repeat that raid.
